In 2025, Mr. Karna was named as an Advisory Board Member for Brodie Partners, an international sustainability and responsible business consultancy with particular expertise in ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement and leadership training, and stakeholder communications. Also in 2025, Mr. Karna was appointed to the board of directors and as chair of the Audit Committee of Oliver Packaging and Equipment Company, a provider of equipment and packaging for the food service industry. Additionally, in 2025 Mr. Karna began serving as an Executive Partner at Gartner, Inc. as a coach and advisor to CFOs of public and private companies.
