He progressed to Director of Regulatory Affairs, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, and Vice President of Supply before assuming the presidency in 2019. His deep knowledge of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) processes and industry standards has positioned him as a trusted advocate for the company in high-stakes proceedings and infrastructure projects. Among his notable achievements, Del Vecchio spearheaded the Northern Access 2021 expansion project, which added significant capacity to deliver Appalachian Basin natural gas to premium markets, enhancing system reliability and generating substantial economic benefits.
