Angela Thedinga, M.B.A., M.P.H. has served on our Board of Directors since March 2022. Ms. Thedinga is the founder and principal consultant for Agenvia, LLC, providing gene therapy consulting services since January 2022. Prior to that, Ms. Thedinga served as Chief Technology Officer of Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADVM), a clinical-stage gene therapy company, from February 2020 to October 2021, and VP, Program Management and Strategy from August 2019 to February 2020.
