Nicola Palmer has served as a director since June 2024. Ms. Palmer served as Chief Technology Ambassador of Verizon Communications, Inc. (NYSE: VZ), a global provider of technology, communications, information and entertainment products and services, having served in that role from March 2022 until her retirement in July 2023. Previously she served as Chief Product Development Officer from January 2019 to March 2022, as Chief Network Engineering Officer and Head of Wireless Networks from December 2017 to December 2018 and as Chief Technology Officer for Verizon Wireless from June 2013 to December 2017, after having served in technology roles of increasing responsibility for Verizon since October 2000. Ms. Palmer currently serves on the board of directors of Nvent Electric PLC (NYSE: NVT) and Sercomm Corporation (TPE: 5388).
