Mr. Frantz has served as a director since August 2016 and has served as the Chief Investment Officer of TRT Holdings, Inc. ( TRT Holdings ) a diversified private holding company based in Dallas, Texas, since February 2010. Mr. Frantz is the head of TRT Holdings investment team which is responsible for sourcing, due diligence and the management of new and existing investment opportunities.
