Mr. Johnson has been a director of the Company since May 9, 2024. Mr. Johnson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Labs, a global semiconductor technology company, since 2022. Prior to this position, Mr. Johnson served as President of Silicon Labs from 2021 to 2022 and as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Silicon Lab's Internet of Things Products from 2018 to 2021.
