Former principal with Larson, Allen, Weishair and Company, LLP, a CPA firm, from October 2004 to July 2007; prior to November 2003, Managing Partner of Stienessen, Schlegel and Company, LLC. Mr. Stienessen has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of accounting and finance. His expertise in those areas is invaluable to Board discussions, judgments required for decision-making that is in the best long-term interest of the Company and its stockholders, and to the fulfillment of his positions on the Nominating and Compensation Committees.
