Mr. Vaillancourt has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since November 28, 2021, having served as our Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2, 2021. Prior to his appointment as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vaillancourt served as President of Enpro s Sealing Technologies segment since August 26, 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Vaillancourt served as President, STEMCO division beginning in July 2018, after serving as President, Garlock division since November 2014. Since joining the company in 2009, he has also served as President, Garlock Sealing Products and as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of the Garlock division. Prior to joining Enpro in 2009, Mr. Vaillancourt held positions of increasing responsibility at Bluelinx Corporation, lastly as Regional Vice President North-Sales and Distribution. Mr. Vaillancourt received a B.S. in Business Management from Empire State College and completed the Harvard Management Program in 2014.
