Mr. Chen has served as our Chief Executive Officer since 2009, as a member of our Board of Directors since December 2011, and as Chairman of the Board since September 2021. He is a Co-Founder of the Company. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Chen worked as an investor at JAT Capital Management, L.P. and Perry Capital and as an Equity Research Associate at Credit Suisse. Mr. Chen holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
