Scott Montross has been a director of the Company since January 2013. Mr. Montross has served as President and CEO of the Company since January 2013. Mr. Montross joined the Company in May 2011 and served as the Company s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until December 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Montross spent a total of 24 years in the steel industry.
