Her tenure has been defined by customer-focused strategies, such as the launch of high-performance, energy-efficient door lines that meet stringent building codes, and forging partnerships with top homebuilders like Lennar and D.R. Horton. Rachel's emphasis on operational excellence has also streamlined supply chains and boosted profitability amid industry challenges. As President, Rachel oversees a multibillion-dollar portfolio, directing global strategy, P&L responsibility, and a diverse team of over 2,000 employees. She holds a BS in Marketing from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, and is a vocal advocate for women in manufacturing through her involvement with organizations like the National Association of Manufacturers.
