Since 2023, Ms. Patton has served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Tessera Therapeutics, a biotechnology company. Previously, Ms. Patton served as the General Counsel and Secretary at Verily Life Sciences, Alphabet Inc. s healthtech subsidiary devoted to the study of life sciences between 2020 and 2023.
