Mr. Pickett has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2001 and as Director of the Company since May 2002. Mr. Pickett has also served as a member of the board of trustees of COPT Defense Properties (NYSE:CDP), an office REIT focusing on U.S. government agencies and defense contractors, since November 2013. In this capacity, Mr. Pickett acts as Chair of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee. From 1998 to June 2001, Mr. Pickett served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Health Services, Inc. (NYSE:IHS).
