Dr. Bohen's career also includes significant contributions at Genentech, where he held various roles in clinical development and medical affairs, contributing to the development of several successful cancer therapies. As President and CEO of Olema Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Bohen leads the company's strategic direction and oversees the development of its lead candidate, OP-1250, a novel complete estrogen receptor antagonist (CERAN) for the treatment of ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer.
