Mr. Lovejoy, an attorney, has extensive experience in asset management and investment and merchant banking, and throughout his career has been involved in raising capital in private and public transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business law and accounting issues. His extensive experience in these areas enable him to serve as our independent lead director, as chair of our compensation committee and as a member of our audit committee.
