Radford began his professional journey at General Electric Company, advancing through commercial finance and corporate audit positions that honed his expertise in strategic planning and business operations. A certified public accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
