Mr. Bonifas is an Executive Officer and Board Member of Alarm Detection Systems, Inc., a producer and installer of alarm systems, closed circuit video systems and card access control systems, a position he has held since 2000. We consider Mr. Bonifas to be qualified for service on the board, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Risk and Insurance Committee due to his skills and expertise acquired as a leader of a successful business and his prominence in the communities we serve. Mr. Bonifas also serves on our Executive Committee and as Vice Chair of the Information Technology Steering committee where he uses his business expertise for cybersecurity oversight.
