Mr. McLean has been a Partner with Rock Island Capital since November 2016. Before that, Mr. McLean served as Regional President and Managing Director of Talmer Bank from 2010 until October 2016. From 2009 until 2010, he was President and Director of Lake Shore Wisconsin Corporation. Mr. McLean was Vice Chairman of The PrivateBank, a publicly traded commercial bank headquartered in Chicago, from 2001 until 2008, and was a Managing Director of The PrivateBank from 1996 until 2001. He also held senior commercial banking positions with Firstar Bank and American National Bank prior to joining the PrivateBank in 1996. We consider Mr. McLean to be a qualified candidate for service on the board, the Audit Committee, Capital Committee, Compensation Committee as Chair, Information Technology Steering Committee, and the Loan Committee due to his previous experience in the financial industry.
