Mr. Eccher is our Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Eccher was appointed as Chairman in May 2022. Mr. Eccher has also served as our President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank since 2003. Mr. Eccher has previously served as Senior Vice President and Branch Director of the Bank from 1999 until 2003. Before that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Sugar Grove from 1996 until 1999. We consider Mr. Eccher to be qualified for service on the board due to his experience in the financial services industry and his familiarity with our operations. Mr. Eccher serves as Chair of the Capital Committee, as Chair of the Executive Committee, as Chair of the Loan Committee and on the Risk and Insurance Committee.
