Kenneth P. Gianella serves as Chief Financial Officer at Ouster, Inc., a leading provider of high-resolution digital lidar sensors and software solutions for automotive, industrial, robotics, and smart infrastructure applications. With more than 25 years of finance experience in high-growth technology companies, Gianella oversees Ouster's financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury, tax, and investor relations functions. His leadership has been pivotal in driving financial discipline and operational efficiency as Ouster scales its innovative 3D perception technology platform following its 2021 public listing via SPAC merger. Prior to joining Ouster in March 2022, Gianella was CFO at ChargePoint Holdings, Inc., the largest EV charging network provider, where he managed global financial operations amid rapid expansion and public market transitions. Before that, he served as CFO at Anaplan, Inc., guiding the company through its successful 2018 IPO on the NYSE, raising over $260 million, and supporting hyper-growth to more than $400 million in annual recurring revenue. Earlier in his career, Gianella held senior finance roles at MuleSoft (acquired by Salesforce for $6.5 billion), Model N, Inc., and Deloitte Consulting, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic financial planning. Gianella's track record includes multiple successful IPOs, SPAC transactions, and M&A deals totaling billions in value, earning him recognition for his ability to navigate complex public markets and fuel sustainable growth. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Under his stewardship, Ouster continues to strengthen its financial foundation to support long-term innovation and market leadership in lidar technology.
