James J. Goetz has served as a member of our Board since April 2005. Mr. Goetz has been a Partner of Sequoia Capital Operations, LLC, a venture capital firm, since June 2004, where he focuses on cloud, mobile, and enterprise companies. Mr. Goetz currently serves on the board of directors of Intel Corporation and several privately held companies.
