Mr. Nimbley is currently the non-management Chairman of the Board. He previously served as Executive Chairman from July 2023 to June 2025. Prior to that, from June 30, 2016, he served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board and was our Chief Executive Officer from June 2010. He was our Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer from April 2010 through June 2010. Mr. Nimbley also previously served as a director and officer of certain of the Company s subsidiaries, including PBF GP, the general partner of PBFX. Prior to joining PBF Energy, Mr. Nimbley served as a Principal for Nimbley Consultants LLC from June 2005 to March 2010, where he provided consulting services and assisted on the acquisition of two refineries. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Refining for Phillips and subsequently Senior Vice President and Head of Refining for ConocoPhillips domestic refining system (13 locations) following the merger of Phillips and Conoco. Prior to Phillips, Mr. Nimbley served in various positions with Tosco and its subsidiaries starting in April 1993 and continuing until Tosco s acquisition by Phillips in September 2001. Qualifications: Mr. Nimbley s extensive experience in and knowledge of the refining industry, as well as his proven leadership skills, CEO and senior management experience, provides the Board with valuable leadership and, for these reasons, PBF believes Mr. Nimbley is a valuable member of its Board of Directors.
