Alejandro T. Vallejo's achievements include advancing DEI programs that boosted underrepresented group representation by over 20% at prior organizations, implementing innovative employee engagement models that improved retention rates, and leading HR integrations during major corporate restructurings. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Social Ecology and an MBA from Pepperdine University, he is a recognized thought leader in HR, frequently speaking on talent management in utility sectors and serving on advisory boards for workforce development.
