Grace H. Park serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG), a Fortune 500 energy and services company committed to powering a cleaner future for millions of customers across New Jersey and the Northeast. In this senior leadership role, she oversees all legal functions, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and litigation. Park provides strategic counsel to the board, CEO, and executive team, guiding PSEG through complex regulatory environments, clean energy initiatives, and high-stakes business decisions that support the company's sustainability goals and long-term growth. With over 25 years of experience in top-tier legal roles at Fortune 100 companies, Park joined PSEG in 2021 after serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Prudential Financial, where she managed global legal operations, regulatory affairs, and enterprise risk. Previously, as Managing Director and General Counsel for the Americas at Deutsche Bank, she led legal teams handling multibillion-dollar transactions, securities litigation, and compliance across investment banking and asset management divisions. Her career also includes early stints at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and the New York State Attorney General's Office, honing her expertise in securities law and corporate finance. A graduate of Yale University (B.A.) and Columbia Law School (J.D.), Park has been recognized by Chambers USA as a Leading Lawyer in Corporate Governance and received the New Jersey Business & Industry Association's Women in Leadership Award. Her achievements include successfully navigating major regulatory challenges and fostering diverse, high-performing legal teams, positioning PSEG as a leader in ethical and innovative energy solutions.
