Dina Dublon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial services company, from 1998 until her retirement in 2004. In this role, she was responsible for global financial management, corporate treasury, tax and investor relations. Ms. Dublon previously held numerous positions at JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor companies, including corporate treasurer, managing director of the financial institutions division and head of asset liability management. Ms. Dublon also previously served on the boards of Microsoft Corporation, Accenture plc, and Deutsche Bank AG and on the faculty of Harvard Business School. Ms. Dublon currently serves on the independent audit quality committee of Ernst & Young LLP.
