Ms. Lambert was appointed as a director of Peoples Financial Services Corp. and Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company as of July 1, 2024, in accordance with the FNCB merger agreement. Ms. Lambert served on the boards of directors of FNCB Bancorp, Inc. and FNCB Bank since 2017. Ms. Lambert is an owner of McCarthy Tire Service Company and Subsidiaries where she serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
