Mr. Melone was appointed as a director of Peoples Financial Services Corp. and Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company as of July 1, 2024, in accordance with the FNCB merger agreement. Prior to the FNCB merger, Mr. Melone served on the boards of directors of FNCB Bancorp, Inc. and FNCB Bank since 2011. Mr. Melone is a Partner with the Albert B. Melone Company Certified Public Accountants, a provider of accounting, tax and consulting services throughout the Northeastern Pennsylvania region.
