Jennifer L. Davis brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer healthcare and global brand management to her role as CEO of Procter & Gamble’s Health Care division. She joined P&G in 1998 after earning an MBA from Harvard Business School and began her career in brand management for the company’s oral-care portfolio. Over the subsequent two decades she advanced through senior positions in marketing, R&D leadership, and international operations, including stints leading P&G’s European and Asia-Pacific healthcare businesses. Davis is credited with driving double-digit growth in several key categories through the successful launches of next-generation toothpaste, mouthwash, and personal-health platforms that combined clinical efficacy with consumer-centric design. She has also championed P&G’s sustainability agenda, overseeing the transition of major brands to recyclable packaging and reduced-water formulations. Industry organizations have recognized her contributions with awards such as the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association “Woman of the Year” and multiple “Most Influential Women in Healthcare” listings. As CEO – Health Care, Davis is responsible for the strategic direction, P&L performance, and innovation pipeline of P&G’s global oral-care, personal-health, and gastrointestinal brands. She leads a multi-billion-dollar organization spanning more than 70 countries, focusing on science-backed product development, digital consumer engagement, and expansion in high-growth emerging markets while maintaining rigorous standards for quality and regulatory compliance.
