Chad R. Abraham, Chairman Chad R. Abraham Age 57 Director since 2018 Principal Occupation: Mr. Abraham has been our chief executive officer since 2018 and chairman of the Board since May 2019. Prior to being appointed chief executive officer, Mr. Abraham previously served as our global co-head of investment banking and capital markets since 2010.
