Until 2024, for nine years she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of eBay, Inc. Ms. Huber joined eBay in 2015 from Agilent Technologies, where she served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel since 2009. At Agilent she was also responsible for government affairs, communications, government affairs and philanthropy. Prior to Agilent, Ms. Huber held leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard Company. Ms. Huber's qualifications to serve on our Board include her extensive track record as a business leader in advising boards of directors and her C-suite executive leadership, including legal and operational matters, global M&A, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, government affairs and public policy, regulatory, compliance, public policy, IP, litigation, privacy and cybersecurity matters.
