Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, he began his career at Texas Instruments, where he rose through the ranks in product management and strategic planning. His early achievements included spearheading the development of innovative power IC solutions that captured significant market share in consumer electronics, establishing him as a key innovator in energy-efficient technologies. In 2005, Walker joined Power Integrations Inc., a pioneer in high-voltage power conversion semiconductors, as Vice President of Corporate Development. In this pivotal role, he drove the company’s growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions, including high-profile deals that integrated complementary technologies and expanded global footprints into Asia and Europe. Under his leadership, Power Integrations achieved record revenues, bolstered its patent portfolio with over 50 new filings, and forged alliances with major OEMs like Apple and Samsung, solidifying its position as a leader in green power solutions. As Former Vice President, Walker’s tenure left a lasting legacy of sustainable growth and innovation at Power Integrations.
