Jennifer Lloyd serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Power Integrations Inc., a leading innovator in high-voltage power conversion products for energy-efficient applications. With over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, Lloyd joined Power Integrations in 2004 as Director of European Sales, quickly rising through the ranks due to her strategic vision and deep technical expertise. Prior to Power Integrations, she held key sales and marketing roles at International Rectifier, where she honed her skills in global market expansion and customer engagement. Lloyd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff, providing her with a strong foundation in power electronics. Under Lloyd’s leadership as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing starting in 2015, Power Integrations achieved significant revenue growth and market share expansion, particularly in automotive, consumer, and industrial sectors.
