Mark W. Smith joined Powell s Board in 2025 and currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Smith retired as the Chief Financial Officer of Helmerich and Payne in 2024, a position that he held since 2018. Prior to this role, Mr. Smith held a variety of roles with Atwood Oceanics, serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Corporate Services from 2009 through 2017.
