Prior to her tenure at Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, she served as CFO for a regional entertainment conglomerate, where she spearheaded a successful IPO that boosted shareholder value by 150%. As Chief Financial Officer at Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality from 2016 to 2023, Ellen was instrumental in transforming the company's financial landscape. She oversaw the financing and integration of high-profile attraction acquisitions, including immersive experiential venues that expanded the portfolio across North America. Under her guidance, the company achieved record revenues, growing from $250 million to over $450 million annually, while optimizing costs through advanced data analytics and sustainable investment strategies. Her initiatives also enhanced cash flow management during the COVID-19 downturn, ensuring operational resilience and positioning Pursuit for post-pandemic dominance.
