Xun Kenneth Li serves as Chief Financial Officer of Power Solutions International, Inc. (PSI), a leading designer and manufacturer of emission-certified engines, power systems, and aftertreatment systems for stationary and mobile power markets. With more than 25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, Kenneth is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Illinois and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. His career has focused on public company financial reporting, internal controls, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial planning. Prior to joining PSI in April 2015 as Vice President of Finance, Kenneth held senior roles at notable organizations, including Director of Financial Reporting at Walter Investment Management Corp., Vice President of Finance at GreenHunter Energy, Inc., and various audit and advisory positions at Ernst & Young LLP. At EY, he specialized in serving public company clients across industries, building expertise in SEC compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementation, and complex financial transactions. Promoted to CFO in 2016, Kenneth has been instrumental in fortifying PSI’s financial operations amid dynamic market conditions and regulatory scrutiny. Under his leadership, the company enhanced its reporting accuracy, executed successful capital raises, optimized cash flow management, and supported growth initiatives, including international expansion and product innovation. His strategic oversight continues to drive PSI’s financial resilience and long-term value creation for stakeholders.
