Dr. Zeldis has served as a member of our Board since September 2012. Dr. Zeldis served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Research and Development of NexImmune, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed clinical-stage biotechnology company from January 2021 to March 2023. From August 2016 through March 2020, Dr. Zeldis served as the Chief Medical Officer of Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., a public clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company.
