Robert Liscouski is a distinguished technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, national security, and emerging technologies. His career began in the U.S. government, where he served as a Special Agent in Charge at the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group, overseeing high-stakes operations and counterterrorism efforts. Liscouski later became the first Director of the Department of Homeland Security's Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection Directorate, pioneering strategies to safeguard critical infrastructure against cyber and physical threats during a pivotal era post-9/11. Transitioning to the private sector, Liscouski founded and led Cyveillance, a cyber intelligence firm acquired by Detica, and served as CEO of Praetorian Guard Secure Data, advancing secure data analytics and biometrics. As Chief Executive Officer and President of Quantum Computing Inc. (QCI) from May 2021 to December 2023, he spearheaded the company's expansion in quantum photonics and optics-based computing. Under his leadership, QCI achieved milestones such as the development of room-temperature quantum LiDAR systems, key NASA contracts, and a successful uplisting to Nasdaq, positioning the firm as a leader in affordable quantum imaging and AI acceleration technologies.
