Ms. Montiel served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Deloitte LLP from 2011 through her retirement in May 2014. Prior to these positions, she held numerous senior management roles at Deloitte, including Managing Partner (Leadership Development and Succession, Deloitte University) from 2009 to 2011, and Regional Managing Partner from 2001 to 2009. During Ms. Montiel's tenure at Deloitte, she was the Advisory Partner for many public company registrants in addition to overseeing Deloitte's risk function. Ms. Montiel is a board member of McCormick & Company and Versant Media Group Inc., where she chairs the respective audit committees. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Comcast Corporation from June 2018 to June 2024. Leveraging her more than 35 years of advising companies (including providing attestation services for public companies) across a wide cross section of industries, Ms. Montiel brings to the Board significant financial and advisory experience.
