Mr. Konert has served with AE Industrial Partners, LP, as a Managing Partner since December 2023, Partner from October 2019 to December 2023 and Principal from August 2014 to October 2019. Previously, Mr. Konert was a Senior Associate at Sun Capital Partners from July 2011 to July 2014. Mr. Konert has served as a director of York Space Systems Inc. (NYSE: YSS) since 2026 and is Chair of its board of directors and a member of its Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, of Firefly Aerospace Inc.
