Ms. Thompson has served as a member of the Board since the Spin-Off and currently serves as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Thompson has also served on the board of directors of GPGI since December 27, 2021 and serves as a member of its compensation committee. Ms. Thompson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jane J. Thompson Financial Services LLC, a management consulting firm she founded in 2011. From May 2002 to June 2011, Ms. Thompson served as President of Walmart Financial Services, a division of Walmart Stores, Inc. that provides money services, products and solutions to Walmart customers.
