Mr. Yi also previously served as an Independent Director, member, and occasional Chair of the Audit Committee of Woulfe Mining Corp., a Vancouver-based mining company from October 2013 to its acquisition in September 2015. Education : Mr. Yi holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specialist in Finance, major in Economics from University of Trinity College and a Master of Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto .
