He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. Under McKalip's leadership, RLJ Lodging Trust has successfully executed numerous high-profile transactions, including portfolio acquisitions and asset sales totaling billions of dollars, while maintaining robust compliance with SEC reporting and governance standards.
