Has served in various capacities with RMR LLC and its affiliates since 1993, including as an executive vice president of RMR LLC since 2001 and as a senior vice president of RMR LLC from 1993 to 2001. Has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation since April 2022 and serves on its board of directors. Pursuant to the letter agreement among Mr. Murray, RMR LLC and Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Sonesta), dated as of January 12, 2026 (the Murray Retirement Agreement), Mr. Murray will continue to serve in his current roles as an officer of RMR LLC and as an officer and director of Sonesta until March 31, 2026, at which time he will resign from such offices and from any other officer or related positions within RMR LLC, Sonesta, any RMR LLC managed company or any of their affiliates.
