From May 2018 until May 2025, Mr. McGraw served as Executive Chairman of Renasant and the Bank. Prior to assuming this position, he served as our and the Bank s Chief Executive Officer since 2000, and he served as our and the Bank s President from 2000 to January 2016. Mr. McGraw served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Bank prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer. Experience/Qualifications/Skills: It is unlikely that there is any individual that has a more intimate knowledge of our history than Mr. McGraw, and his insight is essential part of leading our and the Bank s board of directors.
