Director since 2025 50 Background: Mr. Chapman assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in May 2025, and has served as our and the Bank s President since May 2023. Prior to assuming the Chief Executive Officer title, Mr. Chapman served as our and the Bank s Chief Operating Officer. He served as our Executive Vice President and a Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank from January 2011 until he was appointed President in May 2018. Prior to these roles, Mr. Chapman served as the Bank s Chief Financial Officer (October 2011 - August 2020) and our Corporate Controller (May 2006 - October 2011). Since May 2018, he has also served as a director of the Bank.
