Experience/Qualifications/Skills: Mr. Cole s experience as FBMS s and The First Bank s chief executive officer gives him extensive knowledge of all aspects of FBMS s business. Mr. Cole, as a director and Senior Executive Advisor, has been an essential contributor to the successful integration of FBMS s operations with ours. Further, his many years of experience in banking and his leadership in building FBMS make him well suited to serve as an advisor to our executive team and as one of our directors.
