Ms. Bertsch is retired and was most recently the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE: OI), a packaging and glass container manufacturer, from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, Ms. Bertsch served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sigma-Aldrich Corporation from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Bertsch served as Treasurer and then Vice President, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer at BorgWarner Inc., from 2009 to 2012.
