Mr. Fenster, Co-Executive Chair of Sunrun, is one of our co-founders and has served as a member of our Board since the Company s inception (2007). Mr. Fenster was appointed Executive Chairman in March 2014 and previously served as our Chief Executive Officer from June 2008 to October 2012, and as our Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 2012 to March 2014. From May 2003 to June 2005, Mr. Fenster served as Director of Corporate Development at Asurion, LLC, provider of device insurance, warranty and support services for cell phones, consumer electronics and home appliances. From July 1999 to May 2003, Mr. Fenster worked at The Blackstone Group, a private equity firm. Mr. Fenster holds a B.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Fenster was selected to serve on our Board because of the perspective and extensive experience he brings as one of our co-founders and as one of our largest stockholders.
