Michelle Nettles has served as lead independent director of the company since November 1, 2022. She has served as the chief people and legal officer for ManpowerGroup Inc. since January 2025, with responsibility for all legal and corporate governance functions, and has served as global chief people and culture officer since July 2019, with responsibility for global human resources, learning, culture and diversity.
