Kirk K. Calhoun joined the Board of Directors as the chairman of the Audit Committee upon the completion of the Company's IPO in August 2014. Mr. Calhoun joined the public accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP in 1965 and served as a partner of the firm from 1975 until his retirement in 2002. Mr. Calhoun has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committees of NantHealth, Inc., as well as on the board of two private companies. Mr. Calhoun served on the boards of several public companies up until the dates of their respective sales, including Abraxis Bioscience, Inc., Myogen, Inc., Aspreva Pharmaceutical Corporation, Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, Inc., and Replidyne, Inc.
